Testicular Self-Exam Instructions

A lot of people asked about shower cards showing instructions on how to do the TSE. The Jason Struble Memorial Cancer Fund has some, along with a video demonstration of the TSE, and they will send them to you at no cost. The Sean Kimerling Foundation also has shower cards and a DVD / Lecture package for use in schools (but they are not free). Single Jingles will send you a small number of shower cards for free. If you want more, contact them directly.
