Testicular Self-Exam Instructions

A lot of people asked about shower cards showing instructions on how to do the TSE. The American Cancer Society used to carry these, but discontinued them. The Jason Struble Memorial Cancer Fund has some, along with a video demonstration of the TSE, and they will send them to you at no cost. The Sean Kimerling Foundation also has shower cards and will soon have a DVD / Lecture package for use in schools.
