I had bilateral TC. My left boy was undescended and cancerous and was removed six days after my right testicle was removed. Anyway, my anecdote is this.

On my wife's 40th birthday she was given all the "royal" turning 40 treatment. Then I told her that since she was now 40 I was going to trade her in for "two 20's." Without missing a beat she replied, "You're not even wired for "110" anymore.
